Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. Met friends here for Christmas Eve Dinner. Scallop special was great. Perfectly cooked, accompaniments combined perfectly. Fish special very good too.
I am a regular and LOVE this restaurant. I have never had a bad meal or poor service. Food is wonderful and service is spot on. Everything from the appetizers to the burgers, pasta, ribs and steaks are the best. You won't be disappointed
I came for an early Christmas Eve dinner with a female friend and it was not busy at all yet, so it was quiet and enjoyable. Well worth the drive from Scottsdale. Good service, food and setting.

PCG is in a great location with plenty of parking. It can get a little crowded and noisy on a weekend night, but that's probably for a reason. It's that good. Great specials, so you know what you're going to order as soon as you walk in the door. Wait staff is attentive and always very friendly. PCG is a keeper.
The food was fabulous as always -baby back ribs, short ribs, PCG pasta, salmon and the queso. We went pre theater and our waitress took excellent care of us being very conscious of the time. Just love this place!
First time here, it was recommended to us by a fellow foodie and we were not disappointed . We had great food and service. Our server Courtney, hopefully I have her name right, made wonderful recommendations and the timing of the meal was perfect. We can't wait to go again when we are on that side of town, as we don't live near by.
