This friendly neighborhood hangout feels like it's been around for much longer than it has. Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. Whatever the reason, you will feel comfortable and welcome here. The menu features large portions of all-American mains with Southwestern twists. Cozy, intimate spot with great specials on decent wines. Super spot to meet with friends after work. Nice and central to airport, visitors.
Service was excellent. Food was delicious and a very good value.

Always enjoy PCG for food. Nice wine selection. Restrooms being remodeled so that was awkward.
The service was as always great. Weather wonderful for the patio. The lunch food was just a little off. The PCG pasta was runny and "off" from normal. Great salads. Did I say the waiter was very nice?
Phoenix City Grille is an ongoing favorite and never disappoints! We shared the bacon wrapped shrimp which comes with a wonderful dipping sauce. I had Rose Lane Chicken which is another favorite. It can be ordered as a small entree or regular size entree and the small was plenty for me. It comes with creamy mashed potato. My husband ordered the halibut fish special which was served with polenta. They have a nice wine list and the service is always good.
