Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. PCG is great. The griddled corn cakes are amazing. The PCG pasta was amazing as were the eggplant bites. The service was perfect and our server was very friendly and engaging without being overbearing.
Always fun to see what is new on the menu! Love the use of local ingredients.... ie chilies, etc.

Great food and the service was outstanding! This was a place we picked because it is locally owned and operated and close to a function we had to attend. Will definitely go back when in the area!!
