Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. We had a very enjoyable late lunch on Mother’s Day. Our server was very attentive and the food was delicious.
Three of us i our party had the halibut with risotto. It was wonderful, beautifully seasoned and a lovely presentation. I would have expected to pay more for this meal and have at other restaurants. Definitely would have this again. Oh yeah, we all thought this dish was amazing

Great atmosphere, fantastic food and great service. We were sat at our table immediately upon arriving for our reservation and all went great from there!
We were crammed in a corner table that didn't have much space. All the tables seemed a bit too close to each other. So not the greatest ambiance. But, the food was fantastic. Great roasted vegetable platter and the Rosemary Chicken was awesome as well. Service was very good, especially the waitress.
A busy Saturday evening before Mother's Day. Reservation was definitely necessary. Food very good as was the service.
Always a great experience and food is tasty, highly recommend.
Second time here. First was with Work for a Holiday lunch. Everything was great this time too!
