This friendly neighborhood hangout feels like it's been around for much longer than it has. Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. Whatever the reason, you will feel comfortable and welcome here. The menu features large portions of all-American mains with Southwestern twists. Pizzas and light bites perfectly complement a glass of wine, beer or cocktail from the bar.

We commented to each other last night how we have always had excellent food and service every time we go PCG. Last night was no exception. Carla was outstanding and gave us personable, professional service. We chose the AZ Restaurant week menu,; beet salad with the trout and clam chowder with the pork loin. All courses were delicious. We both thoroughly enjoyed the cinnamon caramel ice cream apple crumble. Yummy!
The hostess greeted us warmly as we arrived. Our table was ready shortly thereafter. Our server, Sarah, was very pleasant and attentive. The food choices and flavors were very good, even for our vegetarian team member. We will definitely return.
Food and service were fantastic! Bacon wrapped shrimp was outstanding!
Phoenix City Grille has lost a step from years past. Service from the bar was VERY slow, so off to a bad start. Service and food were not as good as usual, and prices are much higher. I can accept one or the other, not both.
Great ambiance and wonderful service but dang- the ribs were something you’d get on a bad day at a chain BBQ place. This spot has always been a special spot for me- but I cannot recommend the ribs. Really basic and not good. Came out warm-ish, and the flavor was just…. Passable? For comparison- the ribs at Houston’s knock it out of the park. Maybe the kitchen was having an off day?
Father's Day dinner. Great service and food was really really good.
One can usually count on PCG for an excellent meal. It's a delightful venue and service is top rate.
Perfect place to have a weeknight get together for 7. Great food, Great service and not noisy so we could actually visit.
Business response:
We appreciate you sharing your great PCG experience, thank you!
Go, go, go to their Sunday brunch!! Heritage pancakes with bourbon pecans and bacon, Chicken Enchiladas over eggs, and the Catch was Halibut over creamed corn. Perfectly sized and cooked. Husband's Turkey Club was "one of the best he's had". Took half home. Loved the variety to order from on the Bunch menu! We'll definitely be back.
