Probably because of the old black-and-white photos of Phoenix that cover the walls or the ease with which the patrons settle in for a casual meal or a drink at the bar. Whatever the reason, you will feel comfortable and welcome here. The menu features large portions of all-American mains with Southwestern twists. Pizzas and light bites perfectly complement a glass of wine, beer or cocktail from the bar.

This was our 1st time here, the cocktails were good, the ribeye was the best I've tasted in Phoenix!!
Dinner was great, my only complaint was that the dinner salad needed more vegetables besides lettuce. Also, we ordered bleu cheese dressing, which had very little bleu cheese in it, was more like ranch.
Food was outstanding, my first time here. I will be back!!vegetable player was amazing! Yum!

Always the same. Great food and especially for the value. Attentive, cheery and informed staff. So many excellent recipes, that are always prepared the same, so you can rely on a repeat performance being as good as the last time. Phoenix City Grille is somewhat of a hidden gem.
Wonderful diverse menu. Dishes skillfully presented. Short rib dish delicious. Cornbread tasty. Fish which was a lunch special extremely flavorful as well as the mash potatoes with hint of leeks. Prices for quality of food considered extremely reasonable. Nice selection of liquor free drinks. Service excellent. Try it and you will become a devoted patron

We eat here regularly, and unlike other places we go regularly, the food here is consistently delicious. We do like to sit outside, which can elevate the noise a bit because of traffic. However, we do highly recommend this excellent Grille.
