Came out the same day of occurrence, which was great. Fixed some of the things but then the delays came. Tools several calls and some problems, but after realizing the replacement shed was worse than the torn up one I was very unimpressed a light wind took it out so I finally got a good shed and was very pleased. From there all was done. The experience in the beginning and the final end was fabulous but some rocky times in the middle.

Nothing but good things from Phoenix. They had mitigation crew at my home on a Saturday AM within 2 hours of calling them. Clay and his crew communicated constantly with me from start to finished. I chose to hire Phoenix for the basement repairs as well. Nick and his crew were equally as organized and efficient and were able to get my basement work done in roughly a week after the clean up was over. Mike Wondra and crew provided exemplary service during my basement restoration. I received thorough and prompt communication during this process; the crew members taking care of individual projects were polite and efficient. KC Phoenix made this unpleasant situation easy to deal with, and I’m happy to have my teenage space available.

Mike Wondra and his crews did an awesome job. Our basement damaged by water was totally restored in 24 days!!! He communicated realistic expectations to us, was always punctual and handled most of the correspondence with our insurance claims adjuster. After a lightning strike caused both exterior and interior damage we needed a contractor to arrange for repairs and communicate with our insurance adjuster. We contacted Phoenix and were assigned a two person team to not only coordinate but also oversee the work crews and end results. If ever faced with this type of situation again we would have no hesitation in working with our Phoenix team again. You can count on them to do what they say and deliver great end results.
