Level of communication was phenomenal. Professional and courteous by all employees. Appreciated both calls and text messages.
The work that Phoenix did teens out great! Bryan, Rich, and all the other trades that came on did a great job. Everything looks awesome. Bryan kept us updated on everything that was happening with the schedule and had everything fixed within 2 weeks!! Bryan added a missing piece of baseboard in the kitchen. Stained & put in place. All the people we dealt with were professional and knowlegeable. We did notice after dry wall was installed one area didn’t have insulation. We pointed it out to our contractor and the problem was fixed. I would definitely use them again.
