He communicated realistic expectations to us, was always punctual and handled most of the correspondence with our insurance claims adjuster. After a lightning strike caused both exterior and interior damage we needed a contractor to arrange for repairs and communicate with our insurance adjuster. We contacted Phoenix and were assigned a two person team to not only coordinate but also oversee the work crews and end results.
