Everyone was very nice and mostly helpful when we had questions. There was a little miscommunication when we were trying to verify my spouse's employer that was frustrating, but other than that everything went smoothly. We were also very happy that the OnQ team was willing to work with us on changing our offer when we received a better one from another company.
