I didn’t feel like I was getting a sales pitch during our initial discussions. Also, quick responses and willingness to answer questions even before we decided to go with you as a lender. A lot of the other places we checked didn’t seem to be willing to invest a lot of time prior to commitment, or their discussions came off like a hard sales pitch.
