Excellent experience from start to finish! Each of the three lenders offered by Fulton Home for their options credit were contacted. I had reservations on all three from online reviews and seriously considered using my own preferred lender, cutting my losses up front. Of the three contacted I had the best feeling with Phyllis in responses to my questions, without putting me off setting prerequisites such as an application. Have to say though, the whole team Phyllis has made this happen.
