I would say great. Phyllis was great. Pirche was great. Unfortunately there was a lack of attention to detail that cost me money and misinformed me. At some point it was decided that my second income would not count and Roxanne communicated there would be no change other than paying off 3 cards. Well at the last minute we realized I needed to pay off all cards and despite Phyllis being wonderful and doing everything she can to keep the PMI low, it was still $25 per month more than what we're estimating and the interest rate ... read more

Too many different people helping me and I never know who to go to. They also seems to not consistently work together and I get different answers from different people. More than once I was confused for another client of there's and on one occasion was told I had in everything that was needed because they thought i was someone else when that wasn't the case. I have to ask them repeatedly to send docs to my realtor for review before I sign and that has not happened once without me or his needing to ask.
