I had gotten a prescription for anxiety filled back in May downtown at Erlanger. When I went to pick up the RX at the beginning of this month, I was notified the attending physician at Erlanger had "denied" the request. After several calls and being transferred all over the place, I found out that the MD who had written the original RX no longer worked there, so in order to get the RX filled I'd need to go BACK in so they could refer me elsewhere to get it filled. I have been coming here for a while now and have yet to have a bad experience. The staff at this office make you feel welcome and comfortable. Also, I have always received excellent quality of care. I would recommend this office to anyone!

I am consistently amazed on how quick and efficient this place is. The providers are compassionate and knowledgeable. I am thankful for the office staff for being well trained and professional.

Wait time is over an hour from your appointment time. Front desk does not acknowledge your there. What's happened to this place. No service not friendly.

Went in to inquire about services, and the lady at the front was not welcoming at all. Then, I went to inquire about services the location offered, her attitude was not great and then interrupted me to help someone else. I might've considered services her. But because the rude customer service. I wasn't interested. 0 stars if I could.

If I could give 0 stars I would I've had multiple issues here from trying to bill me for DOT physicals they didn't to to most recently I went there because my thumb was infected. I don't like going here but they are the closest urgent care to where I live. Anyways I went there to have my right thumb looked at for which they gave me a shot and some antibiotics. The person I saw put down that it was my left hand, had all my information including my name wrong, then as of today 12/02/2023 they billed me $227 without ever attemp... read more

UPDATE: after a couple days of feeling deathly i'll i went in to get testing done. the staff could barely be called medical professionals. after telling me absolutely nothing and sending me on my way i continued to get worse. i just hoped that the blood work and labs i did would come back to something. they didn't. and in fact, when speaking to the nurse they had completely deleted me from their system. so even if i was about to die or had important test results, they were too embarrassed and simply acted as if i never came ... read more

Only because I cannot give 0 stars! Upon arrival was told I had to wear a mask, not sure I needed the chin support like the other lady in the waiting room, but complied with the request. As I have been using this same office for over 4 years and have been seen for the presenting problem previously, was frustrated to, yet again, fill out a patient registration form (most of which was already completed when I opened the form). If I could give less that's one star I would. I knew they would be busy for covid test and other things so I made an appointment in advance. My appointment was at 12:00 and I got tested at 2:30. Non professional staff and if I had a chance to make an appointment elsewhere I 100% would have. Recommend your business go elsewhere. Also, they did not take my blue cross blue shield insurance. Not sure what the deal is there so the test was out of pocket.
