I went and was tested for Covid on Sunday because I was exposed at my school. Today is Thursday and they can't seem to find my Covid results. I have called everyday since Tuesday and nothing. Today, they finally told me they were investigating where my test results were and asked me to come back in again, which means someone has lost my results. I live an hour away so no thanks. Website does not work correctly, App does not update or track place in line accurately and (clinical) staff does not value your time at all. At 8:15am I made an online reservation for a Covid Test appointment for 10:30am. Completed all pre-appointment paperwork online. Received no confirmation email or any information regarding the appointment, directions to the clinic, nothing. Looked up the address myself. Arrived at 10:25am and was politely warned that at 10:30 they had still not seen the 9:00 appointments yet. ... read more

Absolutely horrible experience. I went to get a covid test 3 days before Christmas because my wife tested positive. I made an appointment for 6pm and 3 hours later I was still waiting to speak with the physician. One of the physician assistants told me it's fine to travel even with known exposure. Finally 5 days later I get a notification my results are in but I have to go in to pick them up?! I had a known exposure and have been self quarantined with my wife who tested positive! DO NOT COME HERE FOR A COVID TEST! They have registration for a time slot online. I had an appointment at 5. When I arrived at 4:25 I was told there was a 3 hour wait. The time reservation does not reserve a time, only a test. Then I was informed I was not eligible for the fast test since I had been exposed, but didn't show symptoms. The absolute lunacy associated with their protocols are absolutely angering. There are planets of other places around that are much more professional in their approach. Would give a 0-star if possible. Made an appointment for 7:00 PM a day prior only to arrive and be told that they stopped seeing patients at 5:30 PM. No call or prior notification, and could have had an opportunity to make an appointment elsewhere. Lesson learned.

This place may be good to go to when you need to be seen at the last minute however their customer service is terrible. I work for one of the larges insurance companies and I am very and I mean very familiar with HIPAA. They made my daughter pay out of pocket at the time of service and now that our insurance has paid them in full, they are not willing to refund her money. Waited for over two hours and never got to see the doctor. Wasted my time and still have no idea what is wrong. Just know I will be finding a better place. Oh and there was only one person in front of me.
