Your time is not important at all to the staff at this office. Today was the second and last time my family will visit this office. The first time, we were skipped over while already waiting a long time to be seen. I had to remind the receptionist two other people who came in AFTER my son, were taken back for treatment before us. The second time, today, we were told as long as we had a written prescription for glasses, my son could get a sports physical for school. Every time I come here I have issues relating to my insurance (I'm military lol), issues with referrals not getting put in, and most recently, my son needed blood work done we called ahead and even signed in online prior to showing up to his appointment which we were also early. We waited over an hour and 45 minutes! And then decided to leave we will come back another day what's an appt for? I could walk in other places and be seen in less time. can't exactly say I was impressed. came in with an extremely swollen and sort of painful foot. the girl at the desk was nice enough but the n.p. I saw just brushed me off and basically told me to figure it out.

I only put one star because I had no choice.This place should be called "physicians don't care" . I came in for chest pain and shoulder pain that had gone from bad to worse over night and I wanted to get an order for an mri scan. My nurse practioner was Autumn Redmund. When I told her my symptoms she barely looked at me and didn't seem to care that I was in pain. I didn't even get a smile out of her when I tried to lighten the air with a joke. Today I went to the doctor to have my blood drawn. This is a simple 10 min visit, however, they deemed it more necessary to take back 9 other people before me that were sick or needed a physical (long appointments). After waiting over three hours and watching people who just arrived go back, I complained. This girl then comes from the back and rudely tells me that I still had to wait, on three other people.
