Very caring and competent staff. Booked online appointment and maybe sat down for 2 minutes before being called back to the room.

Had to make an urgent care visit while visiting from St Louis and had to for sure give this experience 5 stars. We were in and out in 40 mins. The staff tested for strep, mono and covid and had me out the door in 40 mins. The Dr was knowledge and took her time to explain the tests. The nurses handled everything with care. Couldn't have had a better experience.
Staff was awesome, courteous and professional. The nurse that checked me in was super cheerful even though I didn't feel good I appreciated her cheeriness. They have me recommendations regarding what was best for me and my budget. I appreciated them trying to save me some money. I'm from out of the area, looked them up on yelp and was in in about 20-30 minutes. They weren't extremely busy and you can make appointments online but I took a chance and walked in. I appreciate their care

I was driving through this area and needed to stop for an issue I was having. The entire staff was very friendly and efficient. I had to have an x-ray and I waited about 10 minutes to have that done. Then the doctor came in a short time later with my results. I was probably there for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Dr. Boshku and Nicole were extremely friendly and empathetic to how I was feeling. This is just what I needed to make me start feeling better!"
Wonderful staff, very easy to get in, get treated and get on your way. I am new to the city, and don't have a primary care doctor yet. This is my second time to visit with a minor ailment. They listen patiently, provide prompt treatment, and even have a small pharmacy onsite to fill your prescription. This saves so much time not having to make another stop when you don't feel good. I would recommend this facility to anyone who has a need for minor urgent care.
We had an absolutely outstanding experience here. Everyone was very friendly, from the desk, to the nurse, and the doctor. Great people. They were very attentive in listening to my wife's symptoms, and the doctor was very helpful in making sure she gave my wife a medicine that met her needs, as well as addressed her concerns. Very professional, great customer service. Only had to wait about 15 min and there were 4 people before me. I can't take off work and I always feel comfortable at PIC. I've used them 3 other times when my former ( I'm unhappy with old family doctor) doctor was closed.
