I had a great experience here. I was seen within 10 minutes of arrival and that was with someone before me. The front desk lady was super nice and so was the lady who did my preemployment drug screen. She was very professional and expained what was going on and why. The process was a little intimidating, but she made me feel at ease.

I went in on a Sunday evening knowing I needed stitches for a laceration on my finger. I walked in and was helped immediately by the receptionist. She quickly took all my information and I was shown to a room. The nurse and doctor were very professional and patient. I was in and out within 30 minutes. On my trip back to remove the stitches and check out the healing process I again did not wait longer than 5 minutes before I was taken to a room and in less than 30 minutes the stitches were removed and i was heading home. Grea... read more

Nice service, very good with getting you in and out promptly. I come here every time I get an ear infection, which is pretty often. Though, with my ear infections, there is rather severe amounts of pain that over-the-counter pain killers does little to help. And even though I've asked almost every time, the doctors refuse to prescribe me a stronger pain medication, such as Vikoden, which is pretty ridiculous.

Worst urgent care ever. I came in for a physical problem and the person I saw was insistent that i was on drugs (I have never done any - they tested me and woah guess what i was negative) and they told me to talk to a crisis counselor and that i was being weird because i wasnt making eye contact, fidgeting and spoke softly - I am autistic. Extremely long wait time just to be told to go see a therapist. I would like to mention at no point did i ever bring up being depressed or sad - I am not and I am perfectly happy. The... read more

Awful, no matter the location! 1 dr working and 3 nurses hanging out and sitting on the counters, extremely unprofessional! Upon my return visit, had me waiting 15 minutes before telling me there's no one on staff that can help and to go to another clinic to wait there. At next clinic I was greeted with more unprofessional and unpleasant staff and then was told to wait yet again. This was for a preemployment and if properly staffed my visit would have only taken a minute but instead they have a full waiting room, a room ... read more

Do not go here. I waited around an hour just for the nurse practitioner to tell me to go to the ER. No questions about my pain. No offer to take an X-ray. Way to pass the buck. Waste of time and money.

Empty waiting room yet ended up sitting in the patient room for 1.5 hours. Not exactly urgent care. The automatic sensor overhead lights turned off on me every 5 minutes while I sat waiting. The service is also overpriced--$120 for a routine visit after running through insurance. To ultimately spend 90 seconds with a nurse practitioner.

Staff was friendly. Lack of communication between to whom they are sending referrals is concerning. Came with concerns of Cancer, was sent to Skin Center MD. Skin Center MD had no problems taking my money but were unable to schedule a radiologist test as I had no insurance. Essentially, I spent the 600 here and roughly 350$ at Skin Center MD to learn that I could not be treated without insurance. My lack of understanding of health care, thinking I possibly had cancer, and did not realize there was a preexisting condition cl... read more

I went here with Severe nerve pain in my arms and hands, it was Acute pain after moving to another residence. The np Rakowski examined me offered me meds I'm allergic to (in my record) and then said there was nothing she could do for me. I had to suggest steroids. I had TO DO HER JOB. If you want good care, DON'T go there, and DON'T see this NP.
