I waited an hour, paid my $20 and then the doctor didn't even bother to come in. The nurse just came back in and said that the doctor said there was nothing they could do for me. Sometimes I don't want to go to work either, but you know what I have to anyway.

I arrive at 750pm and I am the only patient mind you. The immediate care closes at 8pm as I'm writing this it is 830pm in the room waiting and hear the doctor calling other patients and reviewing past patient history how do I know we'll I went to the restroom and seen him looking at an xray of a foot. I would not recommend

I don't know where to begin, this was a out of body experience to say the least! Mixed messages galore! This Doctor walked into the room with her mind made up She told me I had to many symptoms and that I should leave and go to a ER! I was refused a urine test to rule out bladder infection, I was told they don't run blood work there, I was told I didn't have a sinus infection when everything told me I did! extremely irritated and disappointed. took my 6 year old daughter at 6:00 on a Sunday evening with a 101 temp and a really bad cough and was told I had a $340.00 balance that insurance refused to pay.I said I would check into it and asked if they could still see my daughter and they refused. I will not go back just for the fact that they turned away a sick child. THATS PATHETIC!! ( I took her to a different prompt care center)

I waited 1 full day before I posted this review. I have received services from the various locations in and around Rockford periodically for close to 20 years. After yesterday's visit, I will NEVER go back. I went to be seen for strep/flu like symptoms. When I approached the counter the "clerk" never even made eye contact with me. Asked my name and if I had ever been there before. I provided her my name, again without even looking up mumbled drivers license and insurance card. Physician's Immediate Care is a joke. You wait about 45 minutes to an hour before being called back and assigned an even smaller waiting room. Then another 30 minutes flies by before the doctor comes in and quickly tries to diagnose you without asking questions in regards to symptoms, medications I've tried and have not worked, or what I'm even allergic to (medication wise). Ugh, where to begin. I've been to Physicians Immediate Care once before and was okay with the service I received. Not good, not bad. The service during this most recent visit (9/12) was just atrocious. I will never be back and would encourage everyone to save your money and go elsewhere. I went in because I was having watering and mild pain in one of my eyes. My eye doctor couldn't see me for a couple days, and I needed some relief.
