Not sure what happened to this place, but I would never go back. I couldn't believe how rude and disrespectful the staff was! The one young woman behind the desk kept interrupting me and was so unprofessional. The physician was great, but sadly overshadowed by the rest of the ignorant staff

This place seams to be more motivated with pumping out pricey covid tests than they do about the actual wellness of their patients. After asking some generic questions about symptoms over an intercom they made we wait outside in the frigid cold and register myself over my phone before I could enter the waiting area. I wasn't even there for Covid but because there just so happens to be overlap between Covid symptoms and every other illness out there I was treated like a contagious liability with no actual thought to my well b... read more

I first went here on 7/3/20 for a rapid COVID-19 test. I had to wait in line, they got me registered and told me to come back later. That's fine. When I came back the process was seamless. You wait in your own room until your results are ready. The MD came in and let me know I was negative and handed me two pieces of paper stapled together. The top paper also said I was negative. I have not written a review of a professional service up until this point, but in this case, with prompting from my wife, I feel the need to do so. I visited this location since it is literally two blocks from our home, and I thought it would be an inexpensive exam. While the receptionist was friendly and professional, and I didn't wait long to be seen, the exam and results were really quite poor. I rarely ever write a review, as I am business owner and know how dishonest and petty people can be. For a minor blister and applying antibiotic sauve and a bandaid, they charged $500! Billed my insurance company $210 and then me $290. This was in no way shape or form a $500 service or appointment. I do no recommend them and if you do go, MAKE SURE YOU ASK ABOUT ALL CHARGES AND GET THAT AMOUNT IN WRITING!!! Disgraceful.

The nurse on day shift is very rude. I was on the time crunch, communicated as I entered and she purposefully and rudely tried to lengthen the process of checking on time basic information such as an interval required time between two TB tests. Yesenia went out of her way to be abrupt and rude and useless. I take my business somewhere else because, please be aware that medical records are of utmost importance and from the nurse behavior displayed today, I can't trust this office staff / this specific nurse anymore. Waited 1 hour in waiting room that's freezing because door to the office doesn't shut. After already 1 hour I was taken back by a sloppily dressed nurse and told at least another 45 min wait ( mind you I'm the only one in waiting room at moment and there were just 2 people waiting before me and the nurse takes my vitals to "save time" which she scribbles down on a post it note?!! Talk about the coldest doc visit you can have.... my doctor made me wait forever for her to come in. Walks in with messy hair, Grundy sweater and looking like she just woke up from a nap. Turns me over to the X-ray tech which took forever. Then when she came to give me my results she bursted in and spoke from the door that I'm fine. While I understand it was a nose fracture and nothing urgent, I've had a rough day and I'm in pain. Try a little...

DO NOT GO HERE. The urgent care will take FOREVER (I had to miss SEVERAL classes because the wait time took well over an hour). The three times I went here they did random cultures on me that I felt were unnecessary (2 flu cultures even I told them I had been sick for a while, had green snot and was convinced I had a secondary sinus infection... I was right and then they superscribed antibiotics). But then guess what? They coded it wrong to my insurance and are charging me $138. for an "office visit" instead of "emergent." C... read more
