Had an excellent first experience there today. Registered online before visiting the office so I was in their system before arriving. Kind, compassionate, staff, and very clean facilities. Dr. Horner was fantastic. Personable, engaging, and kind. He listened to me and took my opinions seriously (I was raised by a nurse and do a lot of self-diagnosis). I'm only disappointed that they're not functioning as a primary care facility yet, because I would certainly choose Dr. Horner as mine.
Let me start off by saying... I very much dislike going to doctors offices and will do anything and everything in my power to avoid it. However, when it came to the point where my body decided to take all it's anger out and strain me so much that I can no longer maintain the strength to hold a pint of beer, I was forced to look for a doctor. I had a great experience here! It's easy to register online before your appointment (you still have to fill out a few forms when you get there) but it was very smooth and I was seen right away. I went right after they opened and I was the only one there (I think it's a new place, so that might be why too). Clean, nice waiting room with keurig and other snacks/refreshments and a TV playing the news. They did a rapid strep test right there and the doctor came in right away. She was very nice. What can I say - Dr. Ian Horner is THE BEST! He is not only very caring and kind, but also very knowledgeable and informative. He and his staff are wonderful! If you need to see a physician, I highly recommend Dr. Horner. You won't be disappointed.
Wish i could give this place zero stars. Went in for something quick, and it took over an hour. Not a single other person in the office. Front desk and nurse were sitting on their phones, booking a vacation. I will never come back here. Worth it to travel the extra 5-10 min to a different urgent care. These people DO NOT care. 1 star for location. This place STINKS. DO NOT GO

Incredibly disrespectful of my time. I called asking specifically if they were open and if they have an X-ray machine, and clarified that I would be coming right in. I get to the storefront 5 mins later and there's a sign on the door saying the he e "temporarily closed" for the balance of today which is just unacceptable. Why wouldn't she tell me this on the phone?

Way too expensive, seek alternative clinics like CVS. Search online and you'll see many options, some as low as $120 for the basic visit. Physicians care charges $315 plus an urgent fee of $40. Robbery.

If I could give this place negative stars I would. I just left this location. I was having shortness of breath symptoms. They couldn't verify my insurance(Blue cross blue shield) on the "weekends" They made up a price that I would have to pay. Unfortunately I didn't have the money to pay that price so I had to leave. All the person at the desk said was "sorry" This is unacceptable. I will never return to this location again. I definitely will be calling their corporate number also to report this incident.

Staff are not super friendly and the wait was very long for being the only person in the waiting room. Asked for just a strep test and got charged for Covid, flu, pneumonia and strep and they refuse to take the extra tests off my bill. I blame the male PA I saw for taking advantage and charging me $300 for all the tests I didn't want, I'd never go back here
