I had a great experience here! It's easy to register online before your appointment (you still have to fill out a few forms when you get there) but it was very smooth and I was seen right away. I went right after they opened and I was the only one there (I think it's a new place, so that might be why too). What can I say - Dr. Ian Horner is THE BEST! He is not only very caring and kind, but also very knowledgeable and informative. He and his staff are wonderful! If you need to see a physician, I highly recommend Dr. Horner. You won't be disappointed.
Staff are not super friendly and the wait was very long for being the only person in the waiting room. Asked for just a strep test and got charged for Covid, flu, pneumonia and strep and they refuse to take the extra tests off my bill. I blame the male PA I saw for taking advantage and charging me $300 for all the tests I didn't want, I'd never go back here
Absolutely unacceptable treatment by this urgent care clinic. I came in while experiencing severe physical pain, and instead of being treated with compassion, professionalism, or medical care, I was dismissed, disrespected, and verbally harassed by both the provider (Jessica Bachman, PA) and the front desk staff. Incompetent staff. I'm a registered nurse. I came into the facility for a simple N-95 mask fit test. The technician Addison filled out the respirator fit test form incorrectly. My document was rejected by my employer. I went back to the facility the next day and rather than filling out a new form; the staff edited the form so it appeared as fraudulent documentation. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Had usual symptoms of a UTI except with heart palpitations, stiff joints and vomiting. Went there on a Sunday 3 weeks later I still have a UTI. They put me on one antibiotic for a week that worked so when i called back they switched the antibiotic. This one made me vomit and some symptoms reappeared. They will schedule a same day appointment for you and when you show up tell you there is no physician working that day and you can't be seen. So you are so lazy and have zero concern for patients health that you could NOT be bothered to call and cancel or reschedule my appointment? Messing with people's health is unethical and complaints will be filed.
Go somewhere else, trust me. Unprofessional and unfriendly staff When I was in the office on Monday the front desk person was extremely rude in person and on phone.
