Go somewhere else, trust me. Unprofessional and unfriendly staff When I was in the office on Monday the front desk person was extremely rude in person and on phone. Assistant told me they were going to hurt me before she tried to take my blood unsuccessfully and immediately gave up. I needed a form completed alongside a physical exam for school and they promote this service online. When i made the appointment and showed up, they said they are unable to fill out the form. It shouldn't be advertised to provide a service that is not available and the website is very misleading.
There is obviously not enough staff working in this location. They left me waiting for FOUR hours. The woman at the front desk was extremely RUDE when I called and didn't care about my case at all. I wouldn't recommend this place.

My friend was doored on her bike with a potential concussion. When we walked in we were NOT greeted by the front desk attendant, who was trying to fix a small printer. We got her attention and asked if she could help us and she told us "just a second" and hollered at a co worker to help her fix her printer. She made no effort to communicate with us-- not even "I'll be right with you." I communicated that we needed care with a potential concussion and she said "okay" and continued to work on her printer. I was genuinely concerned they had forgotten I was in the room. They left me in the room without seeing anyone for a full HOUR. I was just sitting there! Not even checked in. I would consider thinking they were just understaffed (which is still inexcusable) If it wasn't because I could hear the laughing and talking outside. I am so disappointed and upset about the horrible service.

I redownloaded this app just so I could write a review. The woman at the front desk named Alondra is a miserable human being. I'm not sure why they would ever have someone like her in a customer service role. This immediate care is around the corner from me, but I will be walking 15 minutes to go somewhere else so I don't have to deal with this staff.
Not sure what happened to this place, but I would never go back. I couldn't believe how rude and disrespectful the staff was! The one young woman behind the desk kept interrupting me and was so unprofessional. The physician was great, but sadly overshadowed by the rest of the ignorant staff
This place seams to be more motivated with pumping out pricey covid tests than they do about the actual wellness of their patients. After asking some generic questions about symptoms over an intercom they made we wait outside in the frigid cold and register myself over my phone before I could enter the waiting area. I first went here on 7/3/20 for a rapid COVID-19 test. I had to wait in line, they got me registered and told me to come back later. That's fine. When I came back the process was seamless. You wait in your own room until your results are ready. The MD came in and let me know I was negative and handed me two pieces of paper stapled together. The top paper also said I was negative.
