I've came here twice in the last month. Two times for my baby and one time for myself. The first time we seen a women and she was amazing with my baby girl and the second time we seen Doug Blazer and he was great as well. Shout out also to the nurses, you guys have been amazing with my baby!!

We are from out of town and needed to utilize this urgent care. I am giving 5 stars based on the CARE we received. Covid has messed up everything and not receiving a smile, having a greeter who doesn't do a very good job of welcoming or having to wait in your car for services (40 mins) are all inconveniences that have become commonplace and not optimal, but Andrea, MA and Doug Blazer, PA were both great! I made two appointments online at the same time, one for myself and one for my son for completely different reasons. There was hardly any wait from entering to leaving. The Tech and the Doctor were both very nice. We both got quickly diagnosed and were able to get our prescriptions filled at the office, which was nice. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because it is pricey. My son's appointment was $155 and mine was $210. I've been here three times and can't say enough good stuff about this place. The wait time wasn't long, considering it is walk-in primarily, and the doctors, nurses and reception staff are all terrific !

Physicians Immediate Care on Riverside always gives excellent service. The staff is professional, polite and caring. You are in and out quickly along with a correct diagnosis and treatment.

When calling this facility you get automated responses. That's nothing new, but when finally getting to a representative, the question asked was never answered. We counted 7 times where he said the doctor would have to assess and diagnose the situation before blah blah blah blah blah. We told them it was an impacted bowel and what we had done. We described the situation as a 'crowning head' ready to give birth. We wasted 3 hours going over to the facility only to find out that no, they would not be able to help us with the s... read more

When I was here the Danesha receptionist was very rude and argumentative when I came in at 2:50 8/23. She told me the payment I made in the parking lot $165 was never made. Even though I did. I told her I could get the confirmation code and transaction id which she denied. She rolled her eyes and called her manager to ask for help. As soon as she got off the phone she didn't even respond or acknowledge me and she started to help the next person in line. Horrible!! Every time we go they are stuck on making money on Covid testing. Not a real doctor in site to do the job of looking at symptoms and diagnosing. "Follow up with primary care" well if I could have gotten in I wouldn't be at a walk-in clinic. Filthy place with no good doctors! Took two tests the doctor didn't step foot back in the room. If it can wait go to your primary doctor, I don't recommend stepping one foot into this place!
