The nurse sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy. This pharmacy closed two hours earlier than the one I requested so I was unable to pick up my prescription.
Had an ingrown toenail that was bothering me for about a month, come in to get it taken care of last night and the doctor that was working on me was horrible, didn't wait for the numbing to kick in and I FELT EVERYTHING. I was groaning in pain and all this guy could do was look at me as if I'm stupid yet he was in the wrong, all probably cause he wanted to leave on time. If your patient isn't more important then you shouldn't be a doctor. Never going back to this place AGAIN.

Horrible customer service here would never recommend this place to anyone. Registered online for appointment but still had to wait over an hour. The rudest medical staff I've ever met.

A 75 dollar physical, an appointment at 11:30 and now it is almost 12:30 still waiting. this is terrible and they let so many people go in front of me
Absolutely awful. Left me sitting in their waiting room all alone- no one at the front desk- while they took an extended lunch. Let the phone ring multiple times without coming out to pick up. No one screening at the front door during their lunch either. Multiple HIPPA violations at the front desk. All I came in for was a couple booster shots and it took far too long. Go anywhere but here.
I waited for 30min in the waiting room with a headache while the clerk behind the counter LOUDLY chatted it up with a patient she knew. Once the patient went to see the doctor the clerk actually looked at my papers and realized they can't treat me.
Was at this location week of 10/24/16. They were happy to help and nice at first. Then the follow up was atrocious. The staff was rude condescending and would not let me get a word in edgewise. Especially the office manager. This woman has no right to be in customer service! I will never return to this business!

There's no point in reserving a time because they don't stick to it. If walk ins are there before you arrive for your reserved time, they're seen first. Also was told by the Sandy Hollow location when I went for a follow up, I couldn't be seen because of a balance due. They said they emailed me bills and informed me on my last visit of the balance due and I couldn't be seen again until it was paid. Both statements are untrue. I won't go back and won't recommend them to anyone.

The East State Street location is much better. Came here for my grandson's 6th grade physical. The receptionist and the entire staff was a bit cold and not as patient friendly as I am used to having at the State St location. I just relocated from out of state and the State St location is providing me a certain service until I get established with a doctor.
