(6/12/21) Had a horrible tonsil infection and went here for the first time and cannot be more THRILLED with the results. Was seen almost right after walking in and filling out few paperwork. Warmly welcomed into a professional and warm family environment surrounded by people that genuinely care about your health and make sure you get the treatment you need. Was treated, released and felt amazing almost immediately after. Overall experience was amazing. Would give this place 1000/10 stars if I could!

First time here- suffering from ear pain. I walked in and was seen immediately by Carmencita Spradling, I was diagnosed and out the door with a prescription in approximately 30 minutes. 48 hours later I received a call back checking on me! Great service and a very nice and unexpected follow up. If I have a need for urgent care again- this is where I will go.

Was I price gouged ????? I had urinary retention complications after a hospital day surgery that required three subsequent ER health care provider visits. I went to a hospital the first time but had to wait about 90 minutes before getting care and could have had more complications due to the wait. I needed the same care a second time and went to Premiere ER as they were very close to where I live, told me they accepted my insurance, were more likely to provide immediate care and I knew exactly what needed to be done. Excellent facility, staff, services and rooms. The staff was so nice and professional, wait times were exceptional as were in a room in less than 10 minutes. Doctor and nurse visited together right afterwards. Wife had pain in her ribs and back that we thought may be gal stones. They did a CT scan and ultrasound in a very clean, comfortable, and cool room. We were released with a professional folder in a little over two hours. Much better experience than hospital ERs in the area.

I just walked into physicians premier with an injured toe that turned out to be fractured. The RN, Monica, was a doll. Totally professional but super friendly, polite and funny. Dr. McDreamy was obviously handsome, but very thorough and trust inspiring. All in all, except for finding out my toe was indeed broken, the visit could not have been better. I would recommend physicians premium for any of your minor emergencies!

I came in for a deep wound to my finger. The staff and doctor were prompt and friendly. I was fortunate to have an experienced wound specialist as the attending physician. Dr. Grieme thouroghly cleaned the wound and stitched it. I had very little discomfort during the procedure or the next day. Thanks again for your help.

Great prompt attention as expected in an emergency situation. Excellent alternative to hospital emergency rooms, which are often crowded, where you can explain your situation to the doctor directly. Nurse also very attentive.

I almost don't want to leave a review because I feel like I discovered something that I don't want anyone to know about, this place is my precious!!! I was so sick for days and I couldn't even think about an 8 hour emergency room visit without feeling hopeless and that maaaaaybe it might be easier to just die! I called the number and got a FRIENDLY PERSON on the other end! She informed me that there was no wait so I asked my wife to take me right away. This is the BEST ER I've ever been too. The staff was professional, kind, and quick. I was in and out within two hours. I will definitely go here over any other places .
