The whole entire staff is nothing but absolutely professional, courteous, and friendly. My insurance doesn't cover this facility as a primary care ER but I will definitely pay the little extra for out of network care to receive the quick quality care I receive at this facility. Side note: The doctor on staff on my last visit was the one that found a diagnosis for something that I have had going on for almost 10 years.I have been to many specialist and no doctor has been able to diagnose me up to this point. Went to this facility , Premiere emergency room on Saratoga, Corpus Christi, on August 25, 2025, after checking temp. At home of 102. At first, everyone nice and accommodating. RN was nice, but had to repeat stuff and she'd keep saying Ok, to everything I would say. Then she took vitals, left and a woman Dr. came in and tells me You have a UTI and a kidney infection. ***Beware***Please don't go This place is very deceiving. There's no way this is an emergency room.It's a mediocre urgent care,at best. they're charging emergency room rates and give them below standard care, even for an urgent care. It's a very small facility on the corner of a shopping strip, filthy facility and very rude employees! They're not in network with any insurance company (which is weird because if they were an emergency room, you would think they would be in network with at least one main insurance company.) Preface: we have insurance and all of our teeth. Worst front desk experience. Met with a stunningly toffee-nosed young woman with horrible bed side manner. From greetings to exit she maintained unessesary attitude. Long story short- son bitten by spider, dead spider brought in to assist in identifying type of spider bite, nothing strange there. Came here having an asthma attack because it was the closest to my house and wasn't sure I could drive but they said the only way they couldn't charge me upfront is if it was a medical emergency. Left and went to the ER and was put on fluids, I had to take multiple breathing treatments and had pneumonia. I tell everyone to avoid this place.

absolutely the WORST clinic ever! this past friday at around 4:30pm i went in to schedule a corona virus test. the m.a. informed me that there was an 8-10 hour wait, which i was fine with because i didn't have to stay there during that time, so he added my name to the list and said they'd call me when i could head back. no problem! after 8 hours they still hadn't called but i wasn't worried only until my cousin told me that she went in earlier that morning and also put her name on the list. after waiting 8-10 hours she cal... read more

I went in to the emergency room because I was having severe lower back pain. This was my first time at this emergency room. Doctor Margarita saw me and was very sweet and helpful. She diagnosed me with a kidney infection, gave me antibiotics, and let me leave in the morning. After two days I wanted to call my doctor to see if the symptoms I was still having were normal. Worst care I have ever received. I had a serious asthma attack two nights ago. I showed up at their Portland "Free Standing" ER. As I walked I in the door gasping for air, I was asked for my insurance card. When I took out my Medicare and secondary insurance, I was told "We Don't accept Medicare. So here I am gasping for air and being turned away! Luckily a few blocks away, there Was a " real" emergency room and they treated me Immediately!

I visited this facility 0n 1/15/17 with a knee injury. I'm 69 years old and like most people over 65, my primary insurance provider is Medicare. My secondary provider is Blue Cross Blue Shield. At the admitting desk I was informed that they do not accept Medicare, but that I could pay cash for services. I pay almost $8000 per year for my insurance coverage, so I was not receptive to paying out of pocket for medical treatment at this facility.
