Beware! We were charged over $1700 for a visit. My husband went in for back pain and all they did was give him a prescription for pain meds. The first time I talked to the billing office, I was told the $1197 was for the room cleaning and gloves.....The second time I called I was told that a prescription automatically jumps up the visit to $1197 which doesn't include the doctor's portion of the bill which was another $571. Went to Saratoga location on 4/18/16. Very plush place. Turns out they do NOT accept Medicare insurance!!! As a result they wanted a minimum of $275 which could go up to $1,475 depending on what tests the doctor wanted to run. Needless to say we did not do business with them. Their declining to take Medicare made me feel like a second class citizen! It was very degrading - not to mention we had to find another Urgent Care facility.
