Mixed feelings. The staff was fairly friendly. I had a long wait, but I know in a place like this that's just what happens sometimes. I was expecting $90 like Urgent Care in Elkhart, but it was $125. That did cover my lab. My meds were $12 and I was able to buy them right there. That was nice. I had to do my urine sample in a restroom with no working sink because it's used for drug labs. I was so relieved when I left here. I took my 6 month old daughter for a second opinion. She had an ongoing fever and terrible congestion. Her pediatric told me it was just a virus and to wait it out. Here at the urgent care they found she had an ear infection and also Joanne showed me how to get those boogers that are way up there. I wish she could be our permanent doctor. Everyone was so kind!
Awesome place to visit if you need any urgent care service. The entire staff was excellent! Very caring, knowledgeable, and efficient!!! I highly recommend going here for your medical needs!
I was very happy with my experience here. I was seen quickly and the NP was very nice. She made sure I understood what was wrong and really took time with me. She washed her hands before examining me and made me feel comfortable. I will defiantly return if the need arises.

Stay far away from Aoko Crain. She should not be practicing!! Unbelievably bad experience!
I made an appointment with Physicians Immediate Care on Ireland on their website. They call me the next morning to move the appointment because the doctor on duty doesn't take my insurance (HIP). The one who does take it, comes in after I go to work. I've never heard of such a ridiculous policy. Either the office takes my insurance--or they don't. Not just at certain times. Brought my son in after he cut his chin open. After waiting in the lobby he was seen and notified that they can't do stitches. So we waisted time and co-pay ($100+) for them to send us somewhere else.
The care was OK but don't let the name fool you. It may have "urgent care" in it's name but they may not bill insurance as an urgent care making it so insurance may not pay. Still a fight I'm dealing with. I would not recommend them because of this major issue that may result in unexpected out of pocket expenses.
INCREDIBLY overpriced. It costs $200 to get a covid test to get in a plane. There are other places for $50. Don't go here!
