The receptionist was very rude and hostile. I won´t recommend this place to anyone, specially to any member of Notre Dame community. Definitely a horrible experience.
I visited this center because it was the closest one when I was on a trip and injured my foot and wanted an xray because the pain was really severe and I was worried I might have a break in the midfoot as well as a broken toe. The wait time wasn't bad, so I had pretty high hopes. But then the physician spoke down to me - I have a Master's degree but they treated me like a 3-yr-old with comprehension issues - and didn't seem to understand about half of what I said. Experiences such as this one contribute to my avoiding medical professionals. The receptionist and nurse were very friendly and helpful, but the NP, Lisa Stults, treated me poorly. For instance, because I happen to carry a bag with me all the time since I always have a journal (one never knows when inspiration will come), iPad (iBooks is always a good idea), and don't like filling my pockets with things like an over-stuffed wallet, she asked if I'm homeless. Being 800 miles away from my daughter who is a student at ND, I searched for an urgent care because she had not felt well most of the week and OTC meds were not helping and the campus clinic is closed on Sunday. I picked this place because the reviews were so positive but I will give this place NO STARS. Daughter was told that she has an upper respitory infection and sent home told to rest and plenty of fluids and if not better in 3 day to come back or see some one else.
