Physicians Urgent care is unprofessional and not what you think behind the scenes . They allow so much rules and protocol to be broken by certain team members and no consequences. They have a Rebecca Cooper who is corporate but anytime she comes to a clinic that is short staffed and running behinds she does nothing. She walks around and talks on the phone. DO NOT GO HERE FOR COVID TESTING! I went for just a COVID test. I had no symptoms, but found this place online after I was in contact with someone who had symptoms. At no point did they let me know I was there for an office visit or that I would be charged for one. I didn't ask for an office visit. Yet, during the midst of a pandemic, when people are short on funds, they are charging me the full, high, amount of an office visit since I have a high deductible insurance. Went to get a Covid test. The doctor comes in and is not wearing his mask properly (bellow the nose) I ask him to put it up and he replies "you know masks don't work" so.....
My advice - Wait for your family practice doc to get you in. I made an appointment online the day prior, and still waited for over an hour in the waiting room. Not one other patient came into or out of the clinic while I sat there for the hour. When I was finally able to see a provider, I potentially got 2 minutes in total with them. Their only resolution was to take a medication I already take. Not. Worth. It.

I am passed disgusted right now... I carry mail and I Sprained my ankle pretty bad so my job sent me here to get it looked at to make sure it wasn't broken and what not. They performed x-rays nothings broken so they basically told me to wear the foot brace and rotate Tylenol and Ibuprofen-which is fine but you send me back to work today with no restrictions and I'm still in a lot of pain and can barely walk and I deliver mail for a living by foot/walking!! I don't know if the clinical team is good or not. I called ahead of time to see if the clinic would see me and detailed an injury over the phone. I was still bleeding when I arrived. It was close to closing time and I was asked to go to another urgent care. I had great care at another local urgent care. But I didn't feel like this team tried their best to help me.
How can I give a better review when they refuse to return my calls? I need a dr and called ahead to ask if they will accept my ins... After more than a week, I call again and was told they are working on it and I just have to wait until they call me back...WHAT THE HECK?! It's been more than three weeks now.

Went there at 9:45 a.m. Was told it would be 45 minutes. The sign said 5 people in exam rooms. An hour later I asked the receptionist why it had been so long and I had seen no one leaving. He shrugged. I said how many Physicians are back there and he said 1. I said honestly how much longer and he said an hour. Horrible! They have a slick method of making appointments online - supposedly to avoid waiting in a long line when you arrive. I made an appointment for my daughter for 2:00 PM. But when we showed up at exactly 2:00, we were told we may have to wait for at least two hours! Brent, who was working at the front desk, was very rude, and made us both feel very uncomfortable too. What good does it do to make an appointment online if that appointment means nothing?!
