Pina was amazing. She helped me sell our mom's house after she passed away. I live three hours away and there was a lot of prep work before the house was ready to put on the market. Pina went above and beyond any realtor I've ever worked with. She got bids, was conscious of costs, and looked our for the best interest of the entire family. Pina and Juliana were very helpful and knowledgeable about home buying and selling process. I was a first time homebuyer and they help me out step by step throughout the entire process and answered any question I had. I would highly recommend them if you plan on moving to the San Diego area.

Pina and her daughter Juliana were a pleasure to work with, and our transaction was completed remarkably quickly and with impressive results. As often happens there was a snag in closing escrow that could have stalled our sale; however Pina was quick to negotiate a way around the problem that was agreeable to all. She saved the day for us!
