Pina is the Best!! She is very easy to talk to, NOT pushy, and has catered to our needs throughout the entire process. Pina was a godsend, first of all I found her through reviews because we were living in Florida and had only 8 days to find a home and were desperate. Only one of us were able to fly out to San Diego while I stayed home in Florida to finish packing she kept me updated with the homes she was showing through text, email and FaceTime. Pina brought a lot of energy, knowledge and kindness to the process of selling our home. She is very diligent, listens well and cares about her clients. Through Pina's network of home repair service providers, we were able to remedy many conditions needed to close the transaction quickly. She was most effective in interfacing with potential buyers and their agents. My wife and I always felt Pina had our best interest in mind.
