Pina came very highly reccomended by friends and when I met her for the first time I knew why! Pina was wonderful!! She actually listens to you. So very knowledgeable about homes and area. I loved her because she told me the truth. Any realtor will say of course your house will sell for this. Pina is the best! She really took into account our specific needs in a new home, and went above and beyond. She even made herself available while on vacation! Her attention to detail is off the charts, she found and corrected multiple mistakes my listing agent had made, which resulted in me saving time & money. ABOVE AND BEYOND! We had an unusual situation. We wanted a house with a westerly view in Ocean Hills Country Club. There were no houses on the market that met our criteria. Pina sent out letters to all of the homes that fit our needs. We got two responses. After negotiations, we ended up with our dream home.
