Pina was extremely efficient and on top of every detail thru the entire process. She responded quickly to any issues and had great resources if repairs, etc needed to be completed to keep the closing date on track. She is very well versed in the business and knows the San Diego market well which made it possible to get the best offer on our home sale. Her follow up is immaculate! We used Pina to buy our home when we moved to Carlsbad. As soon as my husband and I met her we formed a bond with her. She is so patient as we had a hard time deciding on a home. When we finally decided on one, every was handled in a very professional manner. She took us around all different cities and told us the pros and cons the different areas. I would highly recommend her. She has lots of recommendations too for loan officers, electricians, handymen, etc.
