I would definitely recommend Pina. When she listed my condo, I had already moved out. She made the process very easy and I didn't need to do anything. Pina went above and beyond to make sure the process went smoothly. She got quotes and coordinated all the repairs that needed to be made, saving me a lot of time and money. Pina was honest throughout the process and because of her expertise my condo sold quickly.
Pina is the absolute best! We were so pleased at her work ethic and professionalism throughout the entire process. She's very friendly, knowledgeable, and knows how to seal a deal. Pina has been in the real estate business a long time so we felt very comfortable and confident in her skills. I could not have hoped for a better realtor. Pina helped me buy my first home and made the process very simple. She was very helpful in walking me through step by step and I always knew she had my back.
