Clean, safe, friendly helpful staff, good community feel, friendly residents, and fun activities. The value for the money would be a 5 if the food situation was more consistent and they actually delivered on the additional food options from the menu. The rooms are great and the entire place is very clean and well maintained. The food is okay but they are frequently out of things. The Homecare assistance staff team has a lot of turnover. Some of their staff are very good but some are very poor.
