I would recommend Pine Ridge. I will say that the transition with Amac and dispensing medication was not easy and it was not explained very well. I picked Pine Ridge because of the location, staff and services provided.
I toured the community with my sister. The decor is lovely, apparently it was recently renovated. The apartment backed up to woods and even has a walking patch around the entire community. We stayed for lunch and the staff was friendly.
I am enjoying all the activities from trivia, games, card games, crafts, ladies' tea, movies out, wii bowling, Frankenmuth and many many more! My husband and I have made many good friends and enjoy their company while dining.
I don't have anyone that I know personally living there, but I visit on a regular basis as an entertainer. Having played for 60+ different senior communities, I have come to be able to tell the places where the staff have worked to develop an environment where the people can become a community with relationships and a sense of happiness. We looked at 5 complexes when we started. The Pineridge Village of Shelby won our hearts! It was the winner of them all ! We had lunch here as well and a beautiful tour. Our decision was made. Every extra curricular activity is nothing but “the best” in quality. We enjoy each one and look forward to the next!
Great place to live, good people, and many things to do. Good food, great staff. Fun all year round. Many great events during the year. Great events for every season, from car shows to Elvis night.
I have met my best friend here! I can ask her for anything and to do anything! Just know you are never alone. There is plenty to do and it’s a lof of activities to choose from! The remodel is very nice! There aloof good food choices to choose from.
Pine Ridge is a lively, caring and wonderful place for my mother. The staff is dynamic, they are very helpful and caring to the residents and are willing to do most anything to help the residents. The many activities every month keep the residents stimulated and involved, x there truly is something for everyone. I can't say enough wonderful things about Pine Ridge
Everyone is very nice and help the elderly with their needs. Food is good and nice variety. As pricing goes, you get a lot for your money at a reasonable price. They have a lot of activities and outings.
