Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasant and safe. Many activities to keep you involved. Food is just like home. Nice living.

I went to the Open House at Pine Ridge Villas of Shelby Township. It was fantastic. The staff was friendly, informative and welcoming. Other residents appeared very happy. I was very impressed with Pine Ridge Villas of Shelby Township. I highly recommend it.

I have lived at Pineridge Villas of Shelby for three years Although there have been times when I was not satisfied with the dining experience, management has made great strides to improve menus, culinary and waitstaff . My overall experience is great. Many social activities, bus service to doctor appointments and shopping. Great security. Best place for me

My mom wanted to give up her home for senior living in 2019. She was hoping to move into a place where a friend was living. Sadly that friend passed away soon after she moved. The facility offered activity choices that she could pick and choose what suited her. The staff is warm and caring. Always encouraging her to be a part of the community. Clean, safe, friendly helpful staff, good community feel, friendly residents, and fun activities. The value for the money would be a 5 if the food situation was more consistent and they actually delivered on the additional food options from the menu. Meal options of a daily specials and alternate items off a menu were represented to us as being available when we decided to move to Pine Ridge Villas of Shelby. The rooms are great and the entire place is very clean and well maintained. The food is okay but they are frequently out of things. The Homecare assistance staff team has a lot of turnover. Some of their staff are very good but some are very poor.
