Had mohs surgery. Dr. Shi was wonderful. Nurse Natalie was the best! Made me so relaxed. She gives the best shot. Didn't hurt me at all. Best nurse ever❤️❤️❤️

The Mohs surgery on my neck was a 'piece of cake!' My Pa-C Heather did an amazing job at finding and doing the bx on my neck and ear and she froze the spot on my ear. Alexander set up the appt for the Moh's. I requested to have it sooner if possible. He called me three times to offer a sooner appt due to cancelations. The third time was perfect for me. Sierra prepped me, explained everything that would happen and what to do post-op. Dr. Shi explained every step also as the procedure was done and was obviously extremely metic... read more

I met Dr. Pierson, I think an introduction would help the customer feel more comfortable when one is on a first visit with a dermatologist. Overall, I think he did a pretty good job with checking me over. Thank you!
