DR. Pearson is very thorough and friendly to be with. He asks questions and allows us to ask questions about about our condition. Everyone is very friendly and courteous to us and those who were there checking in. They are one of the best doctor's offices we go to. Thanks for your wonderful service.

You're attended to from the time you walk through the doors to the time you leave through the doors. I really loved the communication - from the nurse to the doctor to the front desk. I knew what was going on at all times and what was going to happen through each step. All that helped to calm some uneasy nerves.

The PA I saw, Heather Kitchens, is excellent. She was very thorough and answered clearly every question that I asked. I highly recommend her. I knew I was in good hands with her. The check- in at the front window however, is not patient-friendly, IMHO. There is a solid wall of clear plexiglass with only a little slot at the bottom to talk through to the people on the other side checking me in. Efficient service from the time I checked in to the time I left. Felt like the most important person in the building. The friendliness of the staff was awesome as was the lines of communication all the way through. Very impressed.
