All the staff at Pinehurst Dermatology are professional and caring but there are those who go above and beyond that threshold. I would like to give extra props to Elena and Lorie. They are so kind and caring while doing their duties with the upmost professionalism. When people ask me where I go for my skin cancer care, I rave about this practice. I don't think I've ever seen an institution run with such proficiency and care.

I called early Monday morning and left a message on nurse Laurie's voicemail.. I was called back shortly and asked could I possibly come in by 11:00. I am over an hour away so I left immediately. I arrived at 11:00 sharp. Soon I was taken to an examining room. Dr Elena Avila came in and started working on me I had a very large cyst in a bad place. She drained and put gauze in it and spent almost an hour making sure I would be out of pain. Thanks, Bryan
