It seems you should be more selective with your agents! Dave DuCillo claims to own a recovery center where he only collects rent and his name is not on the property records at all! Shameful to have dishonest realtors!

One of your realtors is a hateful misogynist
This was completely unacceptable. The unit they attempted to rent to myself and my partner was in complete ruins. At first we worked with Jason and he was super helpful especially with renting a place, due to our really bad credit. He attempted to help us by FaceTiming and showing us a property in Plant City, the property looked fine then,the damages were definitely minimized in the call to not see the true extent of damage. Now I see I should have read this company reviews before moving into one of their rental properties! The nicest thing I can say is Pineywoods property managers communication SUCKS ! literally have 4 maintenance request and no one has contacted me in over a week . Can’t seem to get them to come install a bedroom door that should have been there PRIOR to Move in to save my freakin life . Did I mention I’ve only been here for ONE MONTH.
