This is about Pineywoods' RENTAL DEPT (not their sales dept.) I have to disclose this information because I do not want to hurt good realtors reputation. However, my fiancé and I rented a house on 109 W Alva in Tampa, Fl and we had a leak in our ceiling from the AC unit drain backing up and causing 15 gallons of water to be suspended from our plaster ceiling.
