Worst property managers ever
If I could give negative stars, I would. I entered into a lease agreement from July 2018-2019 and submitted a $795 deposit. I gave 60 days notice in writing before the end of the lease term. I left the rental in better condition than what I originally moved into. Rhonda Nappi and Christopher Jordan have given me the run-around for months about the return of MY money. They have threatened to countersue me for additional damages and send the claim to collections. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!!!!!
I would not recommend working with property manager Rhonda Nappi. After a year being managed by her and working with her many different unethical and very poor business practices were observed. Have their representatives/realtors (or whatever the title is) communicate and follow up in a timely manner. On 5/29, went to view a townhome because we are moving from Atlanta. On 5/31, we went through all of the motions of paying our application fees, providing requested information, etc... and it's like literally after THAT, there was no REAL follow up letting us know our approval status. Do NOT hire Enaia Bullard! She will make promises she cannot keep, she will recommend crooked contractors who will perform unlicensed work that doesn't meet code and then tell you not to bother her after closing. I had a contractor recommend a brand new roof before closing, her and her "associate"(husband) were very adamant that contractor was taking advantage and that we should hire a contractor they worked with often. They deserve a negative rating. Horrible customer service in the rental department with absolutely no interest in abiding by the lease or complying with the Florida statute. Within the 30 days of moving out I made a plethora of phone calls and sent a multitude of emails and texts. None were returned until after the 30 day period they had by Florida law to return my deposit or notify me of any intention to impose a claim. My experience was absolutely disappointing. The realtor was NOT for the client, but for the sale. How disappointing to be told basically your dreams can’t come true and you have to settle for something that would land you with buyers remorse.
