Installation completed yesterday as expected and without problems. Crew was professional and friendly.
Much thanks to Antwon who took the time to explain all aspects of the solar package, the ladies from Richmond who delivered the EEPs, the installers all professional and the folks we spoke with over the phone -- such intuitive folks who adequately managed our expectations and provided us updates even with the long wait for install. This was a gargantuan effort to fruition and in our case -- so far so good! Awaiting final inspections and hoping all goes well!
Great experience today, look forward to enjoying our new solar home system.

Powerhome solar is a company that is easy to work with once everything is up and working properly. When needing repairs they are a little slow in the ordering of parts don't know if the problem lies with their suppliers but once the installers have received they install it to get the system up and running. The repairmen are always courteous and leave the work area clean.
Clear, friendly communication... enthusiasm for customer satisfaction. Everyone with whom I have interacted with has been helpful, gracious and knowledgeable.
Everything. They where good and honest. Up front with no problems. Always in contact with project. Throughout the process it was great. The crew was awesome. I had a 22 panel system put in and it was a two day project. I thought that was impressive. The crew worked well together and they showed up to work and get it done. Very impressed.
The install team was very professional and respectful. We were told it would take two days and they completed the job in a single day. The team left no mess and took all there trash with them. Customer service was helpful answering questions. We would definitely recommend PowerHome Solar.
