Great job start to finish. They walked me through the whole process. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
They were very professional and courteous from the start. The sales individuals were very knowledgeable and there installation crews were very courteous and professional in the installation.
It was a seamless experience from day 1 after we decided to go solar. After Jacob sold us on the benefits of the whole experience, it was like clockwork with everything getting set up for the install. Now all we're waiting on is the QA inspection so we can start earning credits from our utility company. So far, our energy usage has been cut in half with a lot being wasted by not going back to the grid. Can't wait to be able to use the credits overnight and make our utility bill reach 0!
The installation team was very efficient and tidy. I had two issues after the completion that were corrected without complaint. My overall experience has been less than pleasant. The inspection will take some time for them to get get done to get my new meter up from my current power company, which should have taken place in a day or so of completion, not very efficient scheduling. Overall I'm pleased with the way the install has gone.

The crew was there on time, they were very clean, informative, cooperative and had no problems at all Am very pleased
Been having problems passing inspection but working out the kinks but all in all service has been good and people are kind
The service crew was knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working. They were committed to staying on the job till service was restored. I was without solar service for 5 months.
