Great customer service. They literally take care of everything! Very professional installation crew.
The crew came on Wednesday 7-28-2021 to install my Solar power System. They introduced themselves and explained what to expect for the next two days. The first question they asked if I would prefer to have all 16 of the panels on the house roof. I replied yes from this point on we had excellent working relationship. The Job turned out to be neat and clean I'm very happy with it.
The solar panels work and look great! The salesman was very informative and helpful. The installation crew was at my house for two days and where courteous and professional in every way. Customer service kept in contact keeping me informed during the entire process and was able to get everything that was promised done in a timely manner and ahead of schedule. My first electric bill with only 15 days of solar power dropped by 90%. I have referred them and would recommend them to anyone interested in going with solar.

Installation went well .. completed sooner than expected however our system still has not passed county inspection ... have been waiting at least 1 wk for re-schedule after I inadvertently found out about this... No one gave us any info about the problem .. still waiting
From the day the sales rep showed up to final install has been a very pleasant experience. We have no complaints whatsoever. Everyone has been very courteous and pleasant to deal with.

Love the solar panels, but was not pleased that the battery couldn't be mounted in the garage as was planned
Always, from Day One, working with Power Home Solar to install solar power in my home, I have been in contact with some of the friendliest, kindest, and happiest people I've met in a very long time. I have never had a problem dealing with their customer service department, their installation crew or the people who have come out to service the equipment that is installed in my home. They are trustworthy, polite, and friendly. Because of this wonderful experience, I have referred many people to them.
