Wonderful service today from John! He was able to come earlier than expected. Prompt service and he was very professional and courteous. We were very pleased with the work he did for us. We will definitely be using the Pink Rose Home Service again .
Mark did a very good job building my front steps on my porch. I’m very happy he listen to my concerns and was able to adjust the layout. I will be reaching out for more work that needs to be done around the house.
Every employee I have interacted with at Pink Rose has been pleasant and helpful. Terry the technician I worked with was always friendly, professional and respectful. He did a great job repairing my deck and I was impressed with his dedication and expertise throughout the project. I am very happy and satisfied with the results, my deck looks great! John was our carpenter for the project of adding a new door and wall. Excellent work by a skilled carpenter!
T.J. came on time,explained the problem and what it would take to fix it. He then promptly fixed it, cleaned up when he finished. Pleasant experience, will call again!
Terry from Pink Rose replaced the water line that goes to my refrigerator today. Communication was excellent as far as what he was going to be doing, materials he was going to use, as well as arrival time. Work was excellent, he made sure it worked with no leaks and cleaned up afterwards. Terry was knowledgeable, professional and pleasant to work with.

Outstanding customer service. Part of a repair/replacement of our main bathroom just under a year ago failed, the ceiling ventilation fan replacement specifically, last evening encountered a manufacturing defect that caused the light/cover to fall from the ceiling. I sent an email last night to pink rose and shortly after 8 AM I received a telephone call from Pink Rose. By 12 noon my problem was resolved.
