We had contracted with ****’s to re-do a Bathroom floor. After almost two month of delay, unansered questions,and no follow up on missing supplies,(which we never received,and turned out unnecessary) We decided to find a new contractor. I liked the way they did things. This is the first time I worked with them so I was impressed with how everything was explained during the preliminary visit as well as how the contract for the work needed to be done was written out in detail with descriptions & all costs specified. TJ and Darrin did a beautiful install of a custom window. It was a tricky install as the home is over 100 years old, but they tackled it without a hitch. They were friendly and professional. They were outstanding and accommodated the special requests for this job (leaving the interior oak trim and leaded glass). They worked efficiently and left a clean work space. I would highly recommend TJ, Darrin and Pink Rose.
