The whole process was smooth, someone came out really quickly and walked me through everything, gave me a quote and did the work. They also did a quality job, walked me through how they were thinking about my request and gave some reasonable insight. Overall super positive experience, we will use them again when a need comes up.

TJ installed a new step at my side door. The old one was worn out. He put in new wood, and screws and used caulking to fill in, and smoothed everything out. He did a great job. I am happy.

The estimate and the work were efficient, informative, and professional. While underway, the work was done quietly, the clean-up was thorough, and was not declared "finished" until I inspected it and agreed that it was. I would recommend Pink Rose without hesitation.
