We just completed our second project with Pink Rose. In both cases, the staff member that came out was courteous, explained the job, provided an easy to understand estimate, performed the work as good as or better than described, and was super neat such that there was no trace they were ever here. In the most recent case, we had a front porch post that was suddenly rotting and coming down. Someone was dispatched the same day. TJ, our Tech, was friendly and courteous. He took the time to explain everything. He asked if we had any questions. No pressure. Made sure we understood everything. Showed the estimate and made sure we understood the charges and what he was going to do. Very happy with his work.

Highly recommend Pink Rose. The tech, Terry, was thorough, made sure we were happy at each stage of the project and he left the work site as clean as it was before he started. Overall very pleased with the end result.
