Didn’t realize different doctor would stitch up the site than the one who cut out the basal cell cancer. I did not see Dr Spencer at all Who will remove my sutures???
The appointment went well.
Hour long wait time from time of scheduled appointment.
From the beginning scheduling to the pharmacy notifying me they had reached out to the office for clarification of prescription and not getting any response.
Unfortunately the wait time has increased exponentially from when the doctor was in his previous practice. 45 minutes before Iwas called in to the room then another 20 minutes before even seeing the doctor. My wife left a response to the website not online, last year detailing the exact same issue. Your response was that this was unusual, and would be corrected immediately. However 1 year later the patients are still waiting 45 minutes to be called and and another 20 minutes before the doctor even comes in.
Dr. Gill's former office was 5 minutes from my house. She has now relocated 45 minutes away. I have chosen to make the trip because of my confidence in her thorough examinations.
Waited over 40 minutes to be seen. Went for PRP injection and was not able to get enough blood after 4 sticks.
Medical assistant was dressed unprofessionally. The doctor or PA came in to do my skin check and did not even introduce herself. Very abrupt. Also I am in the healthcare industry and I understand the need for paperwork but it was repetitive and the MA simply wasted my time by asking me the same questions. I will not be coming back there. The doctor /PA spent less than two minutes with me. LITERALLY. I am planning on calling my insurance when I get this bill as I am going to appeal the charges
Appointment was scheduled and whole check-up went just as planned and in a timely matter.
