Very bureaucratic, so much paper / forms to deal with. As regular patient I had an account established. Long time to wait in line to sign in and even more to see doctor. No longer a pleasant experience at this practice. And I had to call 5 times one day to try to get appr, 2nd day even more busy phones. Waited til next wk to speak to anyone. Staff were frustrated. Considering other practices.

I felt like I was in the checkout line at the grocery store. I was there for approximately 10 minutes to have a biopsy; not once did the caretaker ask if I had any other concerns (which I did - having had a Mohs procedure the previous year) - just rushed me in and out. I have been a caretaker for approximately 25 years and have never treated a client (patient) that way. I was sorry I was putting her out. They need to hire caretakers that "care" about the patients concerns. In the future, I will seek out another derm... ... read more

Didn’t feel like the doctor looked at my issue before she was diagnosing me and telling me what to take for it. Now issue is getting worse, guess her diagnosis was wrong! Bridget was much better at treating patients think they are going to loose a lot of patients if this is the future treatment others get.

Staff/Doctor don't seem genuine. Lack of information.

Dr Aldabaugh seemed to be in a big hurry, no other patients in waiting areas, he missed a lesion that I wanted taken care of on my forehead, which I asked him if he would apply nitrogen to. My appointment was probably just before his lunchtime.

The PA, Stacy, didn’t even look at my skin. She was rushed, rude, and when I asked her for alternatives other than taking an oral pill for acne she said there was no other option if I wanted my acne to stop (in a rude voice). I also shared my annoyance with a mole on my face and she barely looked at it and didn’t address it. The environment also was not inviting.

Decided on a less evasive procedure, which was good.

Doc was nice. Biopsy done. Never received call with results but I did get a $500.00+ bill! Ugh! Need to review your practice standards.
