Ever since Southwest Dermatology joined Pinnacle Dermatology my experience has been poor. I was never informed of the transition or address change, so showed up for my appointment at the old facility only to find out they moved upon calling. Dr. Judy was no longer with the practice so I saw Dr. Brown. Good experience. Next I hear Dr. Brown was gone, so I saw Dr. Longo who I saw years ago. The PA and nurse was very nice but took an hour to be seen. My appt was at 230 and it was close to 330 when I was called back
Signed in and barely sat down to be called I was taken to exam room and promptly seen by assistant and dr. In n out within 30 minutes
Wasn’t prepared for he bleeding from the biopsy site. This is day two and the bleeding has stopped, but I was shaken yesterday when it bled through three or four , band-aids because no one had warned me that might happen. Because it was prominent on my face, I was concerned about scaring. Still don’t know about that.
I had not seen this doctor before and frankly, I felt very rushed.
I went to see dr William Bell but l had to see his PA that's not who l wanted to see , when am paying my money , l want to see who l pay to see, which l hope is the best ,?
