I’ve been coming to Pinnacle Nissan Service Center for years. Joey is a great service manager. If you come to him with your needs he will always do his best to help! Dan is a great service advisor & does try to make every effort to be sure the customer is happy. They are very recommended by this customer. I am a real customer, my name is Chris & I have a black Nissan Frontier that is doing great because of them😊! This is an honest review from the heart! Thank you guys!!

Great appointment. A few inspections were completed during my oil change appointment and a report was received with recommendations for upcoming maintenance. The appointment was a little long, like 2 hours

Salesman was excellent. Very accommodating and low key. Cash offer was accepted pretty quickly by management. Finance guy was surly and obviously unhappy that I did not purchase and extended warranty. Did not say thank you, or much of anything after the transaction was completed. Very happy with the car, and overall purchase experience was very good.
